Supporting CAN
The Town Council annually support Community Action Northumberland (CAN) with a donation so that they can continue to support groups within our community.
CAN provide activities and offer services to many communities across Northumberland. They provide bespoke advice support and training to village hall/community building committees across the County on matters such as governance, funding, insurance, food hygiene, health and safety and more. They also assist charitable trusts to channel their grants to unconstituted or unregistered community projects and run a range of energy related services targeted at individuals suffering from fuel poverty.If you think CAN can support your group or project visit Community Action Northumberland
