Overflow Car Park Open

Working with Northumberland County Council we have arranged for the overflow car park between Woodlea and East Lea to be opened for this Easter weekend.

As the weather has improved and with government restrictions easing, we have seen an increase in the numbers of vehicles in Newbiggin over the last few weekends with the town centre car park and Church Point car parks being at full capacity.

To avoid inconsiderate parking on residential streets the overflow car park should be used and can be accessed by the gate opposite Manor Drive.

Signage is in place to direct cars to the overflow car park which is only a short walk from the town centre and beach.
