Rachel Dowdeswell, Councillor – North Ward

Members considered applications for co-option to the North Ward vacancy at the meeting of the Council held 17th November, where they agreed to Co-opt Rachel Dowdeswell.  Rachel joins Cllr Fiona Rowley representing the North Ward.
