Proposed Parking Restrictions – Windsor Terrace, Newbiggin By The Sea

Concerns have been raised regarding indiscriminate parking on Windsor Terrace, Newbiggin By-The-Sea. As a result of this refuse collection and emergency vehicles are unable to gain access to the road.

In order to address ongoing road safety concerns, Northumberland County Council is proposing ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions (double yellow lines) on Windsor Terrace shown on the plan below.
