An All-Terrain Rollator at Newbiggin Maritime Centre
At a meeting of the Finance & HR Committee held 10th April, members considered a grant request from Newbiggin by the Sea Heritage Partnership. Members unanimously agreed to support the request with a donation of £632.59. This has enabled them to purchase an ALL-terrain rollator walking frame. This frame is suitable for those with mobility issues to use to access the beach.
Cllr Alison Sutherland, Mayor of Newbiggin by the Sea, visited Newbiggin Maritime Centre on the weekend. It is free to hire for the day – just call in to Maritime Centre or ring to book.
