Temporary Traffic Regulation Order – New Sandridge

We have been informed this afternoon of a TTRO in place for New Sandridge. Expected works are to take place between 05//11/2024 to 09/11/2024. It is expected that the road will be closed at all times during the above period. Enquiries should be made to Northumberland County Council’s Contact Centre on 0345 600 6400 – Ref: 140993407. The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Rustic Terrace, Sandridge and Bay View East and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly. The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water Ltd, because works are proposed to be executed on or near the road, namely to excavate, repair leakage and install a new boundary box to renew service.
