Newbiggin Christmas Lights

It was wonderful to see so many turn out in Newbiggin for the Christmas Lights switch-on on Saturday and we congratulate the Traders Association for another successful event.

While many of the switches and time clocks for the Christmas street light motifs have been replaced we are aware of some ongoing power supply problems which leaves certain motifs unilluminated.  This now includes a problem with the Christmas tree lights.

These matters have been referred to Northumberland County Council Street Lighting for them to resolve.
