As part of the 2021 Newbiggin Festival our Dolphin Watch Association will once again hold a 3 day exhibition at the Newbiggin Maritime Centre. Our theme this year is Marine Conservation and Habitat Protection. Come and learn all about our dolphins and other cetaceans that visit our Bay and the other amazing marine wildlife on our shores. There will be demonstrations of marine mammal rescue courtesy of BDMLR and lots of information about our Association. There will be workshops on Rockpool life by our marine specialist Nicola Everitt. See videos of all our dolphins from this year and how we go about identifying them. Come and meet our Mascots Pengy, Bubbles and Squeak!. Something for all the family and its all free of charge….
