Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

At a meeting of the Town Council  held  Monday 21st February it was unanimously agreed to create a working group to plan something special with the community to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June this year.  The working group will consist of Councillors Fiona Rowley, Alison Sutherland and Ami Wootton.

Councillors would therefore like to invite community groups to meet them in the Newbiggin by the Sea Women’s Institute Hall on Wednesday 2nd March at 7pm to discuss  ideas.
