Did you know that just 30 mins of walking a day can help with our mental wellness, but also can increase cardio vascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, boosts muscle power and endurance, amongst other things.

Don’t want to walk on your own, feel free to join us at 12 noon every Wednesday, starting at the Maritime Centre in Newbiggin by the Sea.

The walk takes approximately 1 hour from the Maritime centre to the Needles Eye cafe and back.
