Newbiggin Midweek Noon Walk.

Calling all self employed and home workers, it can be isolating working on your own.

Do you know just an hour of walking is good for our mental health and our overall wellbeing, so why not come and join us.

Every Wednesday from 12 noon, starting at the Maritime Centre, we walk to the Needles Eye Café and back.

Takes approximately 1 hour.

We will be there rain or shine, every Wednesday.

We are also proud to be on Northumberland County Councils list for Northumberland Well Being Walks.

Why not pop down and have a chat and a walk.
