The Minutes of the meetings of the Newbiggin by the Sea Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group can be found below.
The Steering Group meetings stopped due to Covid-19 pandemic and changes in membership. Given the important stage the plan was at, it was decided that the Full Town Council would be involved in finalising the plan.
